Mobile wallet service deployed by Our Telekom in the Solomon Islands with support from the UNCDF Pacific Digital Economy Programme. M-SELEN has 335,000 registered users and 3,000 agents nationwide, covering 9 provinces and islands. Within two years of launch, 80% of the adult population registered, making it one of the most successful Pacific mobile money rollouts.
