NIBSS Instant Payment is Nigeria's real-time interbank transfer rail operated by the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System. At online checkout it appears as "pay with bank transfer": the shopper transfers to a merchant account from their banking app or USSD and the payment is confirmed instantly. NQR (QR payments) settles over NIP.
