NAPAS is Vietnam's domestic card scheme and payment switch, operated by the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam under the State Bank of Vietnam. NAPAS-branded debit and credit cards are accepted at Vietnamese online checkouts alongside international schemes; NAPAS also operates the VietQR standard.
